Flocell Bio Media is available in four designs as standard, all manufactured by us in our dedicated UK factory, using 100% virgin materials. It is possible to also design and manufacture your own bespoke biomedia profile in any specific gravity to accommodate fresh or saltwater applications. Our bio media is manufactured to offer rapid biomass development within a protected surface area for both nitrification and denitrification which is vital in biological processes.

Choice of design
Choice of 4x design to choose from. Bespoke designs are available too on request. Any specific gravity can be accommodated for fresh or saltwater applications. Optimal specific gravity means less energy used.
Availability
Available for any project size – small or large. From 50-litre bags up to full shipping containers. Bulk shipping in standard 1200 x 1000 pallets with 2.5m3.
Independently Tested
Flocell open cell media has been independently tested by the IFTS (Institut de la Filtration et des Technique Séparatives) in France and Cranfield University to offer vastly superior performance in terms of retention capacity, retention efficiency, energy consumption and power use.
